Forest Park Primary School is part of Orchard Community Trust.
Orchard Community Trust follows the Local Authority Admissions Policy and therefore this is deemed to be our Admissions Policy.
To apply for a place at our school then please call the school office on 01782 234979 for further details and an application form or visit Stoke on Trent City Council website where applications can be made online.
With regards to admissions arrangements, the school complies with the ‘School Admissions Code’ and ‘The School Admissions Appeals Code’.

Admissions for pupils at the start of the academic year for places in Nursery and Reception are administered and allocated by Stoke-on-Trent Local Authority.
Admissions for pupils during the academic year are jointly administered by the school and Stoke-on-Trent Local Authority. Please contact the school for details.
