Compliments, Comments and Complaints
Our Complaints Policy is reviewed and updated on a regular basis by the Governing Body and the Headteacher of the school. This policy outlines the procedures we have in place in the unfortunate event that a complaint needs to be raised.
The School Complaints policy is in accordance with Section 29 of the Education Act 2002.
The Compliments, Comments and Complaints form should be used to inform the school of a complaint. The second page of the form states the process involved in dealing with a complaint.
The Compliments, Comments and Complaints form is also used for other school feedback related to what we are doing well and suggestions for how we can make our service better for you.
